Two months ago, I made aliyah from Chile, leaving behind family, friends, and the beautiful hills that I loved biking on. Recently, I was thrilled to receive an invitation to take part in the Geerz fundraising ride, as biking is one of my passions. Not only does this give me the opportunity to do something I love, but it also allows me to perform a beautiful mitzvah by raising funds and awareness for the amazing work that Geerz does in empowering and caring for the emotional and physical well-being of children in Israel. Geerz is a great example of coaching through bonding and self-esteem.
