Why I'm Participating
Since October 7, 2023 I have been on active military reserve duty for over 700 days. I have seen the side effects of PTSD on many of my soldiers. Since the war Geerz, in addition to helping at risk youth through mountain biking, is helping reservist soldiers who may have physically returned from the front, but emotionally have never left the combat theatre. From personal experience, I know how untreated PTSD can negatively impact the trajectory of one's life. Please, please contribute to this important cause.
