One of my most cherished memories of my late father—aside from the many hours we spent seeing the WWF together—was a 25-mile charity bike ride we did from Annapolis to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. I was only 10 years old, and 25 miles felt enormous. My legs hurt, I complained more than once, and I wasn’t sure I’d make it. Now I have the opportunity to ride again, this time with Geerz. And the cause behind this ride is deeply meaningful: helping IDF veterans living with PTSD find healing, strength, and community through mountain biking.

For many of these veterans, the trails offer something powerful—space to breathe, to reconnect, and to begin to heal.
