I am honored to use my passion for biking as a way to give back to the community youth. This year, I have taken my GEERZ volunteering to a new level, and this is my 4th year guiding a weekly GEERZ group here in Ramat Bet Shemesh. Three years ago I founded the Friday GEERZ girls group, and that group has grown and taken on a life of its own. This year I am honored to lead an advanced group of 13-14yr olds. I have worked with GEERZ to develop a special curriculum that is keeping them challenged on the trails and learning new life skills. We were able to include refugee kids in our group, and the smile that GEERZ places on their face is priceless. This year, I have taken my GEERZ volunteering to a new level, and this is my 4th year guiding a weekly GEERZ group here in Ramat Bet Shemesh. Three years ago I founded the Friday GEERZ girls group, and that group has grown and taken on a life of its own. This year I am honored to lead an advanced group of 13-14yr olds. I can already see how the GEERZ curriculum and mentor structure has helped them work through these difficult times & grow as young adults. This year I will, again, be participating in the wonderful GEERZ annual two day mountain bike ride to raise money for this amazing organization. Please help me give these kids the skills they need in order to lead a successful future. My personal goal is to raise $10,000; there is no donation that is too small, whatever you can contribute will be greatly appreciated! Thank you,
