On March 23-25, I will be participating in the annual Geerz charity ride, a challenging mountain biking ride in the desert region of the Dead Sea. Geerz operates an incredibly innovative and effective therapeutic mountain biking program offered free of charge to hundreds of kids in youth villages and special education programs throughout the country. Many of these kids suffer from war-related PTSD and other significant social disorders and anxieties. The magic of Geerz is transformative for these kids and a real game changer. This charity ride provides a huge portion of the funds necessary to fund these wonderful programs.
