I feel blessed to have witnessed firsthand how Geerz is changing the lives of kids across Israel, helping with a range of challenges such as ADHD, PTSD, childhood obesity, anxiety, etc.

But this year is really different for me because Geerz has been running their programming in the Gaza Envelope region since the fall. There is such a tremendous demand for the program, for these kids that just want to be normal but face the constant threat of rockets and terror balloons so life just isn’t normal. So many are dealing with some form of PTSD and Geerz provides them with a healthy outlet, to let them feel like a normal kid on a bike, with the wind in their hair (under their helmets of course) and the sun shining on their face.
